By creating an account and using GreenKey.ai, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service. بإنشاء حساب واستخدام GreenKey.ai، فإنك توافق على شروط الاستخدام هذه. يُرجى قراءتها بعناية. إذا كنت لا توافق، فلا تستخدم الخدمة.

GreenKey.ai is an AI-powered Arabic real estate marketing platform. It generates marketing campaign content based on property details you provide. The service is provided as-is, and while we strive for the highest quality output, you are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publishing. GreenKey.ai منصة تسويق عقاري عربي مدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي. تُنشئ محتوى حملات تسويقية بناءً على تفاصيل العقار التي تقدمها. تُقدَّم الخدمة كما هي، وبينما نسعى جاهدين لتحقيق أعلى جودة للمخرجات، فأنت مسؤول عن مراجعة المحتوى المُنشأ وتعديله قبل نشره.

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account يجب تقديم معلومات دقيقة عند إنشاء حسابك
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على أمان كلمة المرور وعن جميع الأنشطة تحت حسابك
• One account per person or organisation. Sharing accounts across multiple users is not permitted on the Starter and Pro plans حساب واحد لكل شخص أو منظمة. مشاركة الحسابات عبر مستخدمين متعددين غير مسموح بها في باقتي Starter وPro
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٨ عاماً على الأقل لاستخدام الخدمة

GreenKey.ai operates on a monthly subscription model. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. يعمل GreenKey.ai على نموذج اشتراك شهري. بالاشتراك، تفوّضنا بتحصيل رسوم من طريقة دفعك على أساس شهري متكرر.

• Subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each month تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائياً في نفس التاريخ كل شهر
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If GreenKey.ai isn't right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment — no questions asked. Contact us and we'll process the refund. After 14 days, charges for the current billing period are non-refundable; you can cancel anytime to stop all future charges. ضمان استرداد خلال ١٤ يوماً. إذا لم يكن GreenKey.ai مناسباً لك، اطلب استرداداً كاملاً خلال ١٤ يوماً من أول دفعة — دون أي أسئلة. تواصل معنا وسنعالج الاسترداد. بعد ١٤ يوماً، تكون رسوم فترة الفوترة الحالية غير قابلة للاسترداد، ويمكنك الإلغاء في أي وقت لإيقاف جميع الرسوم المستقبلية.

The first 50 members are offered Founding Member pricing on the Pro plan — $39/month for the first 12 months (instead of the standard $79). After 12 months, the plan continues at the standard Pro rate. The founding rate applies only while the subscription remains active and uninterrupted; a pause or cancellation of 30 or more days ends the founding rate, and standard pricing applies upon resubscription. يُقدَّم لأول ٥٠ عضواً سعر العضو المؤسس على باقة Pro — $٣٩/شهر لأول ١٢ شهراً (بدلاً من السعر القياسي $٧٩). بعد ١٢ شهراً، تستمر الباقة بالسعر القياسي لـ Pro. يسري سعر التأسيس فقط ما دام الاشتراك نشطاً ومتواصلاً؛ والإيقاف أو الإلغاء لمدة ٣٠ يوماً أو أكثر ينهي سعر التأسيس، وتُطبَّق الأسعار المعيارية عند إعادة الاشتراك.

You may use GreenKey.ai only for lawful real estate marketing purposes. You agree not to: يجوز لك استخدام GreenKey.ai فقط لأغراض التسويق العقاري المشروعة. توافق على عدم:

• Use the platform to generate fraudulent, misleading, or illegal property listings استخدام المنصة لإنشاء إعلانات عقارية احتيالية أو مضللة أو غير قانونية
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform محاولة الهندسة العكسية أو استخراج البيانات بشكل منهجي من المنصة
• Use automated scripts or bots to generate campaigns at scale beyond your plan limits استخدام البرامج النصية الآلية أو الروبوتات لإنشاء حملات بحجم يتجاوز حدود خطتك
• Resell, redistribute, or white-label the platform or its outputs without written permission إعادة بيع المنصة أو مخرجاتها أو توزيعها أو وضع علامتها التجارية الخاصة دون إذن كتابي
• Use the GK Intel market data commercially — for resale, publishing, or competitive intelligence — without a separate data license agreement استخدام بيانات سوق GK Intel تجارياً — لإعادة البيع أو النشر أو الاستخبارات التنافسية — دون اتفاقية ترخيص بيانات منفصلة

Your content is yours. All campaign content generated through your account belongs to you. GreenKey.ai makes no claim of ownership over any content you generate using the platform. محتواك ملكك. جميع محتوى الحملات المُنشأ من خلال حسابك ينتمي إليك. لا يدّعي GreenKey.ai ملكية أي محتوى تُنشئه باستخدام المنصة.

Our platform is ours. The GreenKey.ai platform, its design, underlying technology, AI prompts, and GK Intel data architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of GreenKey.ai. Unauthorised reproduction or extraction is strictly prohibited. منصتنا ملكنا. منصة GreenKey.ai وتصميمها والتقنية الأساسية وأوامر الذكاء الاصطناعي وبنية بيانات GK Intel هي الملكية الفكرية الحصرية لـ GreenKey.ai. يُحظر صراحةً الاستنساخ أو الاستخراج غير المصرح به.

• GreenKey.ai generates content based on information you provide. We are not responsible for the accuracy of property listings you publish using our content يُنشئ GreenKey.ai محتوى بناءً على المعلومات التي تقدمها. لسنا مسؤولين عن دقة إعلانات العقارات التي تنشرها باستخدام محتوانا
• GK Intel market data is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice تُقدَّم بيانات سوق GK Intel لأغراض إعلامية فقط ولا تشكّل نصيحة مالية أو قانونية أو استثمارية
• GreenKey.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any property portal or social media platform mentioned on the website لا يرتبط GreenKey.ai بأي بوابة عقارية أو منصة تواصل اجتماعي مذكورة على الموقع ولا يحظى بتأييدها أو ارتباط رسمي بها
• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" دون ضمانات من أي نوع، صريحة أو ضمنية

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GreenKey.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost listings, or publication errors. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to GreenKey.ai in the three months preceding the claim. إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون المعمول به، لن يكون GreenKey.ai مسؤولاً عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية ناشئة عن استخدامك للخدمة، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر خسارة الإيرادات أو الإعلانات الضائعة أو أخطاء النشر. لن يتجاوز إجمالي مسؤوليتنا تجاهك عن أي مطالبة المبلغ الذي دفعته لـ GreenKey.ai في الثلاثة أشهر السابقة للمطالبة.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to the service ends and your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. يمكنك إنهاء حسابك في أي وقت بإلغاء اشتراكك والتواصل معنا لطلب حذف الحساب. نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق الحسابات أو إنهائها التي تنتهك هذه الشروط، مع إشعار أو بدونه، وفق تقديرنا المنفرد. عند الإنهاء، ينتهي وصولك إلى الخدمة وتُحذف بياناتك وفقاً لسياسة الخصوصية لدينا.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, where the operator of GreenKey.ai is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. GreenKey.ai aligns its data handling with the principles of the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and the Saudi Arabia Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree No. M/19). As GreenKey.ai completes formal legal registration, these Terms may be updated to reflect the applicable operating entity and jurisdiction, and we will notify you of any material change. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، حيث يقع مقر مشغّل GreenKey.ai، دون اعتبار لمبادئ تنازع القوانين. ويوائم GreenKey.ai معالجته للبيانات مع مبادئ قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية الإماراتي (المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم ٤٥ لعام ٢٠٢١) وقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (المرسوم الملكي رقم م/١٩). ومع استكمال GreenKey.ai لتسجيله القانوني الرسمي، قد تُحدَّث هذه الشروط لتعكس الكيان المشغّل والاختصاص القضائي المعمول به، وسنُخطرك بأي تغيير جوهري.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. قد نحدّث هذه الشروط مع تطور الخدمة. عند إجراء تغييرات جوهرية، سنخطرك عبر البريد الإلكتروني قبل ١٤ يوماً على الأقل من سريانها. يُعدّ الاستمرار في استخدام الخدمة بعد ذلك التاريخ قبولاً للشروط المحدّثة.

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and GreenKey.ai regarding the service الاتفاق الكامل. تشكّل هذه الشروط، مع سياسة الخصوصية، الاتفاق الكامل بينك وبين GreenKey.ai بشأن الخدمة
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect قابلية الفصل. إذا وُجد أي بند غير قابل للتنفيذ، تبقى بقية البنود سارية بالكامل
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right عدم التنازل. عدم إنفاذنا لأي حق أو بند لا يُعدّ تنازلاً عن ذلك الحق
• Assignment. You may not transfer your account or rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms to a successor entity (for example, upon formal incorporation) الإحالة. لا يجوز لك نقل حسابك أو حقوقك بموجب هذه الشروط دون موافقتنا. ويجوز لنا إحالة هذه الشروط إلى كيان خَلَف (مثلاً عند التأسيس الرسمي)
• Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control القوة القاهرة. لسنا مسؤولين عن أي تأخير أو إخفاق ناتج عن أحداث خارجة عن سيطرتنا المعقولة
